Pros
Easy assembly and fits the soldering gun snugly. Stable and has enough base girth to be stable. It is a bit flimsy, but still works even with my choice 100w soldering iron.
Cons

The two long legs scratch the * out of any finished surface and provide no resistance to sliding. Base is thin and kinda flimsy. Don't use it more than a couple of minutes on.
The sponge is barely bigger than a scrap of paper and it's all very crumby. The cleaning sponge is a joke - about the size and thickness of a commemorative postage stamp.

The iron tip rests against a metal inner spring and i would rather have it not be touching anything

The iron holder is screwed to the base with a wing nut and i will be adding a washer because the nut base is too small for what it is holding down

I took apart and screwed up the edge of my workbench to be able to hold iron when not using

A lot of people are complaining that the plastic base is too light and will tip over once a solder or wood burning pen is inserted
