For xbox one take the washer off of one and then pry up the magnet that is adhesived on

Break the magnet to about a fourth and glue that fourth on the side as far away from the front bumper as possible but still in the area it was meant

That may have just been because it is an aftermarket and not oem

I tried them in my ps4 slim controller they would get stuck in the foward position and would eventually bounce back but they didnt move smoothly
