Btw the manufacturers label clearly states 1 quilt and 2 shams but the seller chose to remove the shams and to sell them separately

If i had a kingsize mattress i would think it is too small or i would use as a blanket and not a bedspread

The velvet is not a thick velvet but is still soft and picks up the light nicely the back is not velvet it appears to be a cotton quilting type fabric in a matching blue color
