You have to stick a finger nail to separate the metal pieces in order to clip it onto the lamp

Its beautiful even better in person im very happy with my lamp it was deliver on time no damage very nicely packaged need to buy another one it doesnt come with the light bulbs so my suggestion is get something that will last you i bought those phillips light bulbs

I received in a huge box but i believe this was packaged this way to prevent damage to the product
