It fit my daughter perfectly for her madeline halloween costume. Perfect for my daughters halloween costume. Worked perfect for my 4-year-old's madeline outfit.
Cons
Came in a bag with the head support by styrofoam underneath but nothing to keep the brim from bending. Oh and then it was packaged beyond poorly. The only plus is that it fits my 2yr old perfectly.

Probably wouldn’t comfortably fit a child older than 3 or 4 without some alteration to the strap
