The unit is not particularly intuitive to set but most actions are covered by the instruction sheet and are not too difficult to follow except as noted by one reviewer the unit does not start its adaptation activity quite as described

I found by accident that the power button needs to be pressed before pressing the up button

Manual does not describe how to change between off manual and programmed modes but this is simply by pressing the m button
