I have since replaced it with another brand that is happily looking after 50w of 5 of the same lamps but without any buzzing noises or noticeable heat emissions

Just what we needed still working fine on the garden lights after several months

I am very pleased this failed after just 15 days of occasional use powering a 20w load of 2x12v lamps

I cant truthfully say i wasted my money because amazon did their usual honourable refund but it was a waste of time
