Pros

It's better, but let's see how long it lasts. Not much of a big deal but time consuming. No complaints here. Exactly as advertised.

Fan runs so much quieter. Than the old one and works beautifully. But it has about 1/4 the exhaust power of other fans in the house.

Cons

Nutone model 688p is not the right model for this product. The only good thing is that it's easy to install. Don't buy this one from endurance pro.

It looks recently lubricated and was not cleaned. The original fan squirrel cage with not fit as the shaft diameter is to small.

I received the fan motor and was happy on the quality of the product

Very good bath fan motor replacement for the broan bath fan i had installed in my bathroom

The thing disassembles bad reverses and the bolts that hold it together can be used to mount it to the plate

It doesn’t mount the way the previous motor did with two screws into threaded holes

I spent a few dollars more and it was worth it

The manufacturers cost for the motor over 100each

I needed to purchase the lock nuts to attach secure unit to the bracket but those were very inexpensive

The fan was delivered quickly and fit perfect

The fan motor arrived on time and i was able to remove the old unit and install the new motor in about 10 minutes

Plugged it in and flipped the switch and i was back in business

The company was quick to respond and sent out a new fan to me the next day

Competitiveness

I bought a different brand and had to return it bc it had a bunch of issues bent screw missing nuts and the motor blew instantly

Its better but lets see how long it lasts
