Pros
It does work and that makes it convenient to have. The insert and silverware are decent. Comes with a little box to divide food in the box.
Cons
The compartment leaks bigtime. Food leaks, the plastic is cheap and flimsy. It's impossible to clean and the plastic stains immediately, skip this one. If you have a leak, call the manufacturer immediately.
The metal insert is slow to heat up. Even when plugged in it doesn't warm up.

My hubby uses it everyday it has made he’s life and mine way much easier
