Pros
The rotary knob on this one is infinite, so i can find the just right temperature. A window displays the level of heat you choose, which is lighted.
Pad heater replaces a 3 year old sunbeam mattress pad heater. Some people like the cozy added weight of a blanket on top of them and some prefer just a lightweight bedspread or comforter.
This one locates that connector near the corner and what ends up being the edge of your mattress.
Cons
Product works as designed, but it lasts less than a year. There was a problem with the pad itself. When trying to turn it on the controller will light up for 4 - 5 seconds and then turn off. Media could not be loaded.
It is because of buyers like me that companies can get away with making * products like this. I feel it is totally unfair to not except a return due to malfunction. Doesn't feel safe, throwing it away since it can't be replaced by the warranty.
December 2021 1 year later…. There was no response. And this is where my nightmare started. No such luck.
