Works really well and i am delighted by the results it gives. My husband loves the product and his feet have improved since using it. Delighted with my purchase.

Iits light weight and compact. Also it's ergonomic designed to be easy to hold. Much easier on the arms then hacking away back and forth with a manual foot file.

My dad is an oap who struggles with rough hard skin on the heels of his feet. I suffer from very hard skin which cracks on my heels, but not anymore!

Poorly designed and dissatisfied with this item. I have now been given a full refund. Their warranty registration isn't warranty.

It only lasts a few minutes (at normal speed) before it looses quite a lot of power. Following the instructions in the manual is no use, because the product refuses to start after 2-3 uses. It stops working within 7 months.
