Pros
My feet are always rough and calloused in the winter. Easily removes the hard calloused skin on my heels. The grinding heads are easily removed and snapped into place again.
It works remarkably well. It even works on my boyfriend's feet too and his are bad lol. It just works, and it just feel so * good because it works.
This product is easy to use and was actually kind of relaxing? Its not flimsy. Easy to hold, light, maneuverable.
You won't be disappointed with this one. No regrets. Highly recommend.
My two cents. Excellent value for the money. And a lot cheaper than in the stores! Also excellent shipping time.
Cons
Motor overheated after one use. Received a broken device. It stops rotating even though it is fully charged and clean.

But i should remind that you have to make sure to follow the instructions and not hold the grinding head on one spot too long cause that amount of friction can really burn you
