Everything is chargeable. The price is very reasonable, especially for a rechargeable 2-part system. With a 200mah lithium battery, it holds a charge well.
Cons
This should not be called a horn as there is no horn sound at all. The tail light strap is very light weight and flimsy.

The only piece that’s idd is that there’s a button for the headlamp although it doesn’t come with a headlamp or any suggestion of where to buy a headlamp
