Elecom us did not respond to email or messenger request for support. The horizontal scroll wheel tilt is painfully slow (set at max speed) and juddery.

Easy to operate and all buttons easy to access
Before doing the swap try moving the ball left to right then up and down slowly with just one finger for a full rotation
I wouldnt use this for gaming maybe command and conquer zero hour but definitely not for first person shooters

It is 100 percent worth doing this bearing swap with the huge
All in though for the price its an acceptable device

If elecom had shipped it with these new bearings i would happily recommend it all day long

Two right buttons i configured as mouse right click i am bit clumsy and having two buttons beside each other and configured to different functions would be inconvenient to me

Left side buttons i left as is left click browser forwardbackwardwheel function left as is but wheel push updown or leftright if you wish i configured to pageup pagedown

The short term solution and not the bad one is to take ball out and rob it with candle
