Pros
Paper packaging. Well packaged great quality, very happy with the purchase. First time ordering elderberries. Seems great so far.
Cons
The smell of this berry is pungent. The stems are very small and it would take a very long time to sift threw them to be able to make my syrup. Most of the berries are rotten, and brown. I truly hope karma comes around to this supplier.

Fill a small jar with the elderberries then cover with 80 proof alcohol cover with a lid

They don’t have a very pleasant smell when boiling them and adding honey lemon cloves and ginger make a world of difference to the taste

If you do add 80 proof alcohol for the extra bacterial viral protection i recommend vodka when ready to take
