Pros

This is the best hairdryer i have ever owned. Quiet and powerful and leaves hair soft and silky. Recommended by a professional hairdresser.

This is the 2nd we've ordered and it's fabulous. The customer service is exceptional and they were very nice when they did reach out. Will continue to purchase as needed.

It is a little heavier than a cheap hair dryer, but i've used it for so long that i don't even notice anymore. It’s slightly heavier than my sedu lite one but lighter than the other back one.

It has multiple settings for heat and power.

Cons

Had to send it back after one day of use very disappointing. It’s very light, the diffuser attachment is flimsy and it took 2x as long to dry my hair.

With that said ditch buying at 60 blow dryer spend the extra money on this elchim 2001 it will be 100 worth it

With the price for this at 210 i tried to save money and order some cheaper brands and was very disappointed

And i just found out i can send the broken one to them to repair for 26

Competitiveness

My colorist owns it and when ive used it and had a chance to compare it to my dyson

Great brand great product it’s works a lot better than an old ones for sure

I found i prefer it handsdown to the dyson at 45 times the price of this dryer

Its way more expensive than the conairs but it is a game changer and worth it for my hair
