If you are a serious lifter bodybuilder power lifter andor have tendonitis go 1 size smaller

These cuffs look perfect and i imagine are and will do the same thing as my old cuffs but i ordered the wrong size and am really upset that it costs 6 to send back only to have to order another pair

The material is also very strong and thick and seems as though it will last for many workouts without getting stretched and baggy or worn out which would defeat the entire purpose
