Pros

This creates steam which softens the grime. Cleans off the scum and grease smooth and easy. I did the scrubbing in the sink.

Worked as advertised. Requires a bit of elbow grease but it works. Also works great on cast iron.

Slide the stone over the grate to easily remove gunk. It's easier to get the grates clean when doing it the right way from the start. I like to keep my charcoal grill racks clean & this product does a super job.

Cons

Only cleans the very top of the grate. Cleans well, but is too soft to last long like a real grill brick. Works good for flat surfaces, but anything with a groove or indentation i’d pass on this.
