It doesnt stay as cold as long as a real ice pack

I thought i would have taken away a star for that reason but im only supposed to ice once a day at work for 15 min

It artived fast as promised and brand new in the box however it is not the wrist wrap but instead the 6 x 16 or whatever the dimensions are
