Pros

Stays cold about 20 minutes and then can pop back in its pouch and refreeze. Comes in a zip lock bag which i use to store it in.

When used as directed they last, are always ready for you, have washable covers, and are worth every penny. Hightly recommend it.

No matter how long you leave it in the freezer, it stays cold for 15 minutes at most. This elasto gel ice pack stay cold for about 5 to 7 mins.

The velcro wasn't stitched on. It also did not come with the patella pad.
