Pros

They freeze well and never leak like an icepack. The wrap stays snug and it is easy to roll up and put back into the freezer. Keeps the freezer smell away.

It stays cold for a long time, but isn't so cold that it's uncomfortable. This works very well, chills down reasonably quickly. It does the job and it holds the coldness for sometime.

The longer size lets me fully wrap my aching knees and gives much more relief that the small sized ice packs available in drugstores. It is good because it wraps all the way around the knee and keeps the swelling down.

Cons

They charge a 10% restocking fee plus charging you the supposedly free postage. Does not get that cold.
