Pros
They play well with the rest of my speakers, and they really shine by themselves when i'm listening to music. These are good sounding speakers. Once you tune these properly they really open up.
The value for these speakers is unmatched. With that caveat, they are absolutely the best speakers i have ever owned. I was forced to load them myself at the post office and carry them into the house.
Sound is amazing, i am powering them with a kenwood m2 amp and blown away by the quality of the sound. These run at 4 ohms impedance and will tax a lower powered amp.
The oppo udp-203 and lg oled provide great clarity and a nice soundstage. The speakers have a much bigger, higher, and deeper soundstage than the headphones. Están conectadas a un amplificador technics sa-dx930 y un tornamesa pioneer plx1000.
These elacs are so compose, detailed and beautiful. Can't rave enough about these things. The clarity and detail are amazing!
Cons
The midrange is very forward and the highs are too laid back. I prefer the martin logan motion 12.

Great packaging no issues with the speaker they sound great
Competitiveness
Owning a pair of kef q300 bookshelf loudspeakers i’m familiar with andrew jones’ uniq design
Im using an external amp emotiva basx a300 to power them and they like the juice
Be aware that they have a lowish sensitivity so i would recommend at least 50 watts of power per speaker more if you like them really loud
I eventually took the 1700 plunge into the big emotiva amp and really everything else sounds substandard by comparison
