The black head was completely clogged and would not produce even one dot of black on the test print after multiple selfcleaning cycles

It got the print heads really clean but the printer never worked again

I dont know if it was cleaning the heads or the printer was just no longer good

The print head cleaning does not work properly if your ink is low

I thought i was saving myself some time by not refilling my cartridges as soon as i got the notification of low ink because i was short on time and had to quick print the signs up and run out the door

It took me several evenings of messing with my printer researching remedies running cleaning cycles and the whole time the print test was getting worse instead of better

And i have enough of the cleaning solution left over in case i ever need to use it again fingers crossed that wont happen
