I cant say how long the adhesive will work but it does appear that these can be reused without requiring additional adhesive

Sizewise the idea is that they should look quite small on your breasts not completely cover them like a traditional bra

That all being said it really does work fine its just not as comfortable and lasting as i think it could have been
