Pros

The unit comes with 8' of duct which is plenty for through wall or a first floor roof. It is the focal point of our kitchen and we have already gotten many comments on how great it looks. Needed a remote control hood to fit a 7 foot ceiling.

I had a few questions and ben was quick to respond to my email and followed up to make sure i was satisfied with the products

This can be remedied by stuffing the lower chimney cover area inside with a bit of the product packing foam

My install was a little rough but that had nothing to do with the unit

Its absolutely beautiful and the price is perfect

Thank you to ben and the team for their help shipping me an extended vent hood duct cover for my high ceiling

Too bad they stopped shipping this item to puerto rico
