Pros

Fan is quiet even on the 4th speed. High speed fan is loud, but it is about 900 cfm, so i expect it to be loud. Has enough suction power for our cooking style.

Great customer service despite the distance and language barrier. I highly recommend this company, they take care of their customers. It looks really good. Would recommend and purchase again.

Stainless steel finish is better than the kobe hood it replaced. The fan looks good and operates well- much better than our old vent hood. I cook a lot with high heat and extended simmers, and this was the hood with the best cfm for the money.

The looks too are good which enhances the kitchen decor. Some are sharp and pointed and easy to bump your head. This one is curved and smooth.

The delay-off function is delightful. The timer feature is something i never realized would be useful until i had it. The remote control is a welcome touch since our hood is installed high.
