Pros

The vent hood works well and is easy to install. Suction power has 4 levels. Led lighting is fantastic and lots of suction power.

Great customer service despite the distance and language barrier. This range hood is one of them. It’s cotemporary simplicity design. Some are sharp and pointed and easy to bump your head. This one is curved and smooth.

The grid can be taken off and cleaned in the dishwasher. It's a heavy hood with two motors/fans so it definitely needs two people to install. Unless you're super strong or can rig something sturdy to keep the hood in place while you screw it into your... Read More

Very responsive touch screen. The timer feature is something i never realized would be useful until i had it. The remote is handy if your not tall or in a wheelchair.

This is a heavy duty unit really sturdy industrial grade. Quality material and workmanship. I hope this unit lasts and works well over time.

Cons

Very disappointed in the suction. Hate the color of the led lights, make my kitchen look like a factory floor instead of warm and *. Be everything from china, warranty is a risk.

My unit is only two weeks old and already a few bugs with the light controls

It came with secure shipping packaging we found no damage other than a slightly bent filter

Look for the directions and screws in a small compartment in the foam packaging
