Pros
The watch integrates perfectly with my iphone. It monitors my heart, steps, bp, blood o2 level and plots them all in the app for you to see and it’s pretty neat. The app is good and the tech on this watch for the price point is brilliant.
Cons
The watch only recognises steps when cycling. Sleep monitor shows i have woken up at least an hour after i actually woke up. No live bpm data so no strava or shimano app data. Only help option through amazon is a chat with amazon help.

Charge quickly my husband was very pleased
The quality is good it’s light without feeling “cheap”
Battery life is around 3 days which beats my other smart watches from samsung and apple and the ios app works without fault
Price
My wife’s apple watch is way better but it cost 8x more
