Pros

This is the most comfortable super absorbent diaper i have found. It is soft on all sides, and doesn't dig in or scratch where upper thigh and torso meet, and is malleable.

Bought them for my elderly mom. My niece fou and them and suggested them. I have tried many other brands & these are the best.

Highly recommend this seller. Performs exactly as described! My only complaint is it took so long to receive them.

The absorbency of these diapers is absolutely amazing dry mornings with no rancid smell of urine. I have a 33-year-old son with a brain injury who is often incontinent.

Cons

Those medline diapers are 1. It's cloth backed instead of plastic backed, so after about two full wettings they leak onto whatever surface they touch. This is my first one, so maybe it's just a defective out of the batch as far as leak guards go.
