Mower works well and is fairly lightweight. Despite being mostly plastic, it is quite durable. The mower easily folds up & it fit in the trunk of my honda accord. And it's lightweight enough to carry down the basement stairs.
The twin-blade and high torque make even 6+ tall grass an easy task. There are spots on the yard that naturally grow thicker and more full due to the perfect amount of sun and shade.
The battery life is as advertised! It's the best push mower purchase i've ever made! Mothing but praise for this one. No complaint so far.
Cons
Even though it has a 3-5 year warranty, it's not transferrable to another person, so it's going to be hard to sell. Electrical assembly goes out on the pcb board. Wiring harness keeps going bad.
The battery life of this mower cuts in half. The moist summers in florida are not conducive to this lawn mower working efficiently. Even clearing clearing the shoot often is the grass clumps around the decking and then falls off.
Customer service is of no value. Called customer service four times with no response back. No callback. If lowes does the same good luck finding a service center that's where you live.

It was expensive but it was worth it

I contacted ego customer service in the middle of the day and spoke to a customer service rep without any time on hold
It was delivered a day earlier without even ringing the doorbell and left on my front porch
I emailed ego requested a manual they sent me a link to a printable copy
Competitiveness
This ego mower is head and shoulders better than the previous other brands
Far better than the kobalt brand from lowes and better battery power overall resourcestools
With that as comparison the quiet lightweight ego is a revolution for someone me whos mowed lawns with walkbehinds for 58 years
Compared to greenworks 24v mower i had to charge that one 4 times to complete same job
