Once the water boils in a normal pot on the stove i insert the rack holding the filled mold into the pot lower heat to simmer and cover for 67 minutes then shut the burner off and let them sit covered until cooled

Once i forgot to spray with pam and while i got the eggs out of the cups without too much trouble the residue left behind that stuck to the mold was tedious to get off

Sprayed molds before placing mixture and after baking they cleanly popped out
