Keep in mind also when taking creatine people expect massive jumps in performance but reality is that its only a minimal jump 13 sometimes higher in other cases

Anyway if you can afford it id recommend this one having the ph balance is nice but again thats just personal preference and just about any other creatine monohydrate will do just fine

I would not recommend this product to someone who has been taking creatine regularly for some time as the outcome is not the same as a raw powder
