I had a drifting joystick and was pleased to find these for such a good price

Wonderful product but i want to warn potential buyers not to round off screws the joycon screws a extremely soft please dont do what i did

I went and got out my ifixit kit i honestly cant recommend those kits enough for these kind of projects
So like many of you here you have the dreaded joycon drift
Well worth the price especially when considering the price of replacement joycons

Resurrected a broken controller and still have spares if another should fall foul of an angry 8 year old

Watched a youtube video and it replaced that annoying drift saved buying a new joy con or sending back to nintendo

I agree with others it is quite fiddly to do and i managed to rip off one of the ribbon cables though it did reattach okay

The main issue is that the screwdrivers are not great quality and i did manage to strip one of the screws and in the end had to cut the casing to undo it

Having put it all back together the drift issue is now resolved
