One thing to keep in mind, it's small and easy to misplace or even lose. Fits my needs perfectly. It is a winner.
This is the best microphone i have ever used. The mic works very well. Better than built-in microphone and more directional.
No one else has mass marketed anything like this for the android. It's small and has no cord (just a jack that plugs into the top socket on the phone), so it's easy to connect and unobtrusive in use. The stuff for ios has the i in eim.
This mic is a far better alternative to the built-in mic in the iphone 4. Works well with whatever recording application you have on you iphone or ipad or iwhatever. Good sound quality and exception portability.

I usually sit about 20 feet away from the lecturer but it picks up his voice pretty clearly no ones going to win any grammys being recorded on this thing for sure but it is far better than the sp3s internal mic which was staticy and distorted sounds when i was writing on the screen or typing
