Pros & Cons

Pros

Edmond fallot is a french business that makes the only dijon mustard that uses france-grown mustard seeds. The mustard is an excellent product and have bought it for years from other sellers on and off amazon.

The flavor of this dijon is very different from others. The green peppercorn adds a terrific bite. Gray poupon is a little milder and is a bargain compared to this.

Fast shipping. Great packing.

Provencal packs a punch in sandwiches and used in rubs when smoking. Perfect for grill lamb chops and grilled rack of lamb.

Cons

The mustard tastes alright but kind of runny and no heat. On the product description it says it's made with horseradish. Grey poupon tastes the same at less than half the price.
