Pros

Only downside is it doesn't fold up very small so it takes up quite a bit of room if you plan on storing it away when not in use. After covering it with a fitted sheet, the smell was bearable and soon non-existent.

Cons

After about 3 hours it feels as though you're sleeping on top of molten lava. Felt like sleeping on plywood. The foam pad is ok, but now that the cover can’t be zipped, the pad is not stable.

Not horrible but definitely noticable. However, it is so stinky, really bad. It literally smells like something crawled inside of it and died.

It arrived quickly was easy to put on the bed by myself and has made our old mattress more comfortable

It took about three hours for the pad to fully decompress but it was worth the wait

Quest said they slept well zero chemical smell when unpacking so the company must have corrected prior problems based on other reviews

The pad came in a small package but the relief and comfort i received by using this was huge
