The ice clumps into a big lump and it looks like flowing ice running down from the ice tray. Fan turns on, but freezer doesn't cool and no ice is produced.

All say amazon owes refund while amazon says the vendor owes the refund. Emails are kicked back from mfg. They only offer a discount to rebuild a replacement.
