No visible damage to box. Just a small shipping flaw. Happy with the value.
It is unbelievable how well this thing works! Easy to use, but still has several choices of different modes. It is quick and efficient! Works very well.
This unit is perfect for our pittsburgh cottage for two. The other purchase options from lowes, home depot, etc. This one works well, looks sleek and doesn't take up much water.
Cons
Calling edgestar has been a nightmare with an an average waiting time of 28 minutes. Edgestar is awful. No worth the money. First of all expensive.
It leaks. The drainage hose cannot be detached and replaced. It gives/gave an error code tho.
