The only issue i have with the product is it’s really heavy and bulky. Works well, but the btu rating is skewed. Normal parenting issues.
Turning heat on can be finicky, it takes a few minutes to kick in once on heat. This unit cools much more efficiently than the one it replaced.

The evaporate system seems to work well for most. It really reduces the noise and vibration. It seems to be an energy saver as well.
Cons
It claims it cools 525 sq ft. The square footage of his shop is well under what the unit is rated for. All this seems to do is add substantially to electric bill.
Homedepot and lowe’s have better options i promise! Don't waste your time. I am very offended by yourresponse, which was awfully rude. Idon't want to deal with the company who does not know the customervalue and respect.

I bought my unit and it arrived a day early which was awesome.
The unit was received within about 4 days of placing the order through amazon.
My lg was being emptied twice a week.
It arrived two days earlier than amazon's original estimate.
Packaging/appearance
The box came in damaged and was a potential for disaster.
Then i took it out of the box and realized they didn't include the "pre-filter".
Competitiveness
This ac in summer is very very good, less amps used and more output than 3 big brand models i used and those did not have heat.
For price vs btu output, better dual hose efficiency and built in heat, this is best priced unit on market.
This unit looks very similar to the whynter 14,000 btu unit which sells for almost $100 more than this one.

The window attachment is cheap and i had to go out to the hardware store and buy liner screws and nuts so that the hoses would stay attached to the window attachment
