Two thumbs up. Still working like a champ. Works for me. Now that i have used this a/c/heater, it works wonderfully.

This unit is no more noisy than my window a/c. My only complaint is that it is loud. It’s a little loud when switching on and off from ac through the night.

Cons

The company warranty is worth zero. The drain plug is located so low that you can't put a pan under it to catch the water. The heater is a joke.

I'm lucky if i can hold 73 degrees average room temp with another fan blowing. The exhaust hose was disconnected and there were tiny bits of plastic parts (the exhaust fan pieces) everywhere.

Dont forget the window install kit as it doesnt come with the unit

I am happy with the unit and how it functions

I did not have to pay shipping and handling to receive the new or to ship the old unit back

I reached out to edgestar customer service and they were very helpful and replaced my unit
