Holds the strap in place well. Many complains about the strap doesn't stay well. My only complaint is the little nubbin that helps secure the band by protruding into a slot in the band, is too small to stay in the slot.

These are clearly much lower quality than the original version from garmin. Not worth the hassle. The latter is my main complaint.
