While you still have access to the internet download the intel drivers for network and bluetooth

After some lengthy research i learned that pins 20 and 51 must be covered with tape see utube video elsewhere to activate the card

Then any other network bluetooth cards and their associated software must be removed from the laptop

Windows 10 doesnt seem to handle bluetooth as well as an android phone but i was able to set up headphones a moga game controller and a bluetooth soundbar
