Pros
This item is very simple and still very effective. Low price makes these easy to replace often. Though price is on little bit higher side,it is a nice product fully serves a purpose.
The spout is conical in shape, so it fits snugly in the nostril without leaking. The spot opening is small so the liquid pours out with a greater force.
Cons
The spout bulb doesn't even remotely fit, so all the saline just drips back out the same nostril you pour it into. The plastic is thin. Get a ceramic one instead.

The bottom is pretty narrow so there is tipping over potential

In order for these to break you would essentially have to purposely take action to break them like pounding them with a hammer or putting them on a hot stove

It has roughness on the nozzle but smoothed it with nail filer
