Theres a small bead on each of the ear loops that allow you to adjust how tight they fit around your ears

The only drawback is that the earloops are a bit short for big heads resulting in the toggles popping off and getting lost

The only way this mask could be better was if it had a nose wire to help control the fogging when i wear glasses but thats a very minor complaint

The little cones that slip over the ear loops for adjustment are not hard to get on dental floss see the instructions right there on the product description page or a toothpick does the trick
