Pros
It is what it is. I usually really struggle with bigger capsules but these go down easily. It is sometimes hard to get this product but it arrived promptly.
Cons
It's now not just expensive it’s utterly ridiculous.

The way i do it i take 2 monolaurin before bed 2 hours later i take nac and early in the morning 1 pill probiotic

If you start feeling a bit awkward like the feeling of getting sick take two monolaurin before bed and youll feel even worse

I used to take so much paracetamol before and it does work but damages your liver really badly and you wont necessarily find out about it until its too late
