Pros
Only complaint is it tells u to use 1 oz a load and no way to measure to product per load. I continue to use it periodically if i go somewhere as i feel it does work.
Cons
Bedbugs are notorious for living months and months before they reappear. It either works or it doesn't. Go buy some ceder oil instead.

I used it as directed but used more if the lid i was washing had more then 10 pieces and if i was washing a large of super large load

There is no smell and not much of the product needs to be used at a time
