Without me making a phone call or email these guys sent me an email about the sensor problem and how to receive a replacement and how to repair it myself 5min with flathead

The installation of the thermostat would have been really easy if i wouldnt have forgotten to shut off the breaker in my excitement to get it installed

The only other problem i have is that one of the sensors doesnt detect occupancy correctly

I swapped batteries swapped sensors put the bad one beside a good one and regardless the bad one stayed bad

One of the things i really like about this thermostat is that there is a ton of info that it puts online for you

There was one other review that mentioned it being difficult to set the temperature with sliding your finger on the button

I guess if there was any place in the software that seemed to have an issue it was in setting the temperature in the comfort settings
