I'm just pleased and a little amazed when a company manages to hit all of the marks so well. This is my first smart thermostat, so i’m enjoying all the features. Very happy with it.

Air quality and humidity sensors are nice but will monitor to see if there accurate. The interface is very intuitive.

Ecobee speaker connects via bluetooth to a soundbar. Works with apple home and siri too so that's fantastic since we're an apple household. Connected easily to wifi and alexa. Can be controlled via siri/alexa/google.

It really feels like a big first step towards modernizing my home. Ecobee systems add useful functionality with every new model year. This new model feels much more premium and has a larger, nicer screen.

Cons

Installation was a horror - you have to use the huge, ugly wall plate (in which the bottom screw hole does not conform to the thermostat wall switch standard, so the bottom dangles) it's overly intrusive and makes me despise your brand multiple times ... Read More
