You must have a heat gun or stronghot hair dryer to remove the original glass screen

I was able to complete the replacement without too much going wrong but the phone does not work perfectly

I didnt do a perfect job in lining up the back button on the bottom right so it does not work smoothly any more

Note the wire they include to remove the screen is mostly useless

Mine kept splitting and didnt really separate the glass from the rest of the phone

I ended up using the plastic blue picks a lot to help work off the screen
