I started off just using small lengths of it every few inches instead of all one strip since the reviews made it seem like that’s all i would need but i ran into two problems1 the small 2”3” sections were not enough to hold the led’s on2 the smaller the section the harder the backing was to get offi will agree that the red plastic backing was difficult to remove but certainly not impossible or difficult enough for me to stop using it  Read Less
